This is our Dubai Travel Review - Wild Wadi Waterpark!
Headed over to Wild Wadi Waterpark. Lots of slides, some great family pictures and a wave pool.
Lex and I did the fish pedicure. You put your feet in a tank and little fishies come and eat off the dead skin. It was the weirdest sensation, like little ticklish electrodes. Lex laughed almost the entire time. It was awesome and our feet were incredibly smooth afterwards.
After a good four hours we decided we were done and ready to rest and get showered for dinner. Hopped onto our hotel shuttle bus which was supposed to have 3 stops. We went around the city and then restarted the circle again and completely missing our hotel. “Look kids! Big Ben! Parliament!” That’s what it reminded me of. Some little British girl, very young, talked for 40 minutes about Peppa Pig and Smurfette. In fact, she would chant “Smurfette” for a solid minute, take a break and talk about the pig, then back to Smurfette. Let me tell you, longest bus ride ever. My family was exhausted and annoyed.
Lex said, “If I had to spend one more minute on that bus I’d have murdered someone.” Very out of character for her!
We were so tired that we just ended up eating Greek food at the hotel and crashed early. No baklava! Weak.
